As we have
been blessed with Michael's presence in our lives for 33 years,
what is here in his biography is only a small representation of
who he is and what he has done.
Mike had
lots of pictures of his friends in Providence, Las Vegas, and
Los Angeles. We wanted to include some of these photos but we
recognized only a few people and places and knew that we would
accidentally leave someone out. As a result, most of the people
in the pictures are Michael's family or childhood friends. If
