Michael
was born in Rhode Island on May 21st, 1966. Five and a half
weeks premature he weighed only 4 lbs 4 oz. He was the second
of three children.
After
5 1/2 weeks in the hospital, he came home to his parents, Raymond
and Glenice, and brother David who was anxiously awaiting the
time when his new brother would be old enough to play.
His
first 5 months at home they lived in an apartment in Cranston
RI before moving to a house in Barrington where his sister would
join them 2 years later.
